1. Who we are
Atish Dipankar'S Creative Space (“ADS Creative Space”, “we”), Room No. 13, 1st Floor, Sky City Mall, Gangarampur, Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal 733124, decides how your personal data is used and is responsible for it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
This policy explains what we collect through adscreativespace.com, WhatsApp, phone, email and our projects, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare quotations, carry out your project, and send you drawings, bills, receipts and reminders.
- To keep the accounts and tax records the law requires.
- To protect this website and our systems from spam and misuse.
We use your details only for these purposes. We do not sell them, rent them, or use them for advertising by others. We may contact you about your project or enquiry; we won't send you marketing messages unless you agree.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run our studio, and only what they need:

We may also share details with people working on your project at your request (for example a contractor or structural engineer), with our accountant for tax filing, or with authorities where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client and project records, including bills and payments: as long as tax and other laws require (usually 8 years after the financial year ends).
- Drawings and project documents: as part of our project archive, under the copyright terms in our Terms & Conditions.
6. How we protect it
- Our records are in a private system that needs a login. Only our own team can see them.
- Data is encrypted in transit; backups are encrypted.
- Project files are stored privately and opened through links that expire.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we don't need to keep it by law or for an ongoing project;
- withdraw your consent (this doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew it);
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

8. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.
