This 1,500 sq.ft. apartment in Kardaha was planned as one continuous space, from the foyer through the living room to the dining area and kitchen, with each zone defined by finishes and lighting rather than walls.

A single material language ties the home together: chevron oak with fine brass inlays on every door, wall panel and the TV wall, balanced by white wainscot mouldings and a marble-look floor. In the living room, a large backlit onyx-look panel framed by chevron oak and brass ring lights becomes the focal point.

The dining area is the heart of the plan. A teal glass chandelier hangs over a glass-top table, in front of a lit crockery unit that wraps around a wash basin and mirror. A slatted oak partition screens the kitchen while keeping the space open and connected.

Dining Under a Teal Glass Chandelier
A rectangular chandelier of rippled teal glass hangs over a glass-top dining table with powder-blue upholstered chairs. Behind it, a lit crockery unit with black-framed glass shelves wraps around a wash basin set against a diagonal-grid mirror, beneath a stepped cove ceiling with oak inlays.
One Open, Connected Plan
Living, dining and kitchen flow into each other without solid walls. A slatted oak partition with display niches screens the kitchen, while continuous cove lighting and a white marble-look floor run through every zone so the apartment feels larger than its footprint.

A Backlit Living Room Wall
The sofa wall pairs chevron oak panelling with a large backlit onyx-look panel in soft blue, cream and gold, flanked by brass ring wall lights. White wainscot mouldings with glass sconces and a fluted console continue the wall toward the entry.
Chevron Doors & a Classic Passage
Every door is finished in chevron oak with fine brass inlays and a grey cut-out detail at the handle, giving the circulation a consistent signature. The entry passage is lined with white wainscot panels, glass wall sconces and a fluted console, leading toward the living area.
